Stage 4: Bang Tao Beach – Kamala Beach

Stage 4 continues down the west coast, from Freedom Bar at Bang Tao Beach to Kamala Beach — around 7.5 km, finishing in front of the 36th Rajaprajanugroh School. It's the shortest stage so far, with gentle, rolling hills through the middle section (about 122 m of ascent overall) before dropping down into Kamala.

A Walk Around Phuket is my personal walk around the whole coastline of the island — 233 km in 21 stages — to bring people together and raise awareness and funds for the children of the island who need it the most.

Anyone who'd like to walk alongside me is very welcome to come along. You don't need to be an athlete or walk all 233 km — just come for the morning and walk a stretch of coast.

👣 Please bring your own water, a hat, sunscreen, and comfortable shoes, and make sure you're fit to walk in the heat.
⏱️ I'll set off at 7:00 am sharp and walk at my own steady pace. If you arrive later, you're welcome to catch up or start behind me — no problem either way.
🚗 It's a point-to-point walk, so please plan your own way back from the finish. The WhatsApp group is a good place to arrange a carpool.

🌊 A special addition this stage: at the finish in Kamala, everyone is welcome to join a beach clean-up organized by Phuket Has Been Good To Us, one of the five organizations this walk supports. It's a lovely way to give a little back to the coast we've just walked — stay and lend a hand if you can!
